Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate working plans of training department according to the company strategic planning,promote the accomplishment of department work,summarize and improve the work of the department;
2. Have professional training management system knowledge, be familiar with the system establishment process and management,be able to independently develop training courseware;
3. Equip the strategic mind of talent development,and have successful cases about and experience in training and managing leaders and talents;
4. Have experience in path graph of job learning/ learning map operation，have certain experience in leading developing project operation;
5. Formulate annual training plans,perform expense budget and control expense and cost;
6. Know the training requirements,take charge of planning and organizing all company-level trainings,and conduct effect tracking and feedback;
7. Integrate both internal and external lecturers, and build a team of lecturers;
8. Plan the work of corporate culture,and comprehensively promote the construction of the enterprise cultural system according to the company strategy;
9. Take charge of establishing and updating the corporate cultural system and relevant institutions;
10. Take charge of the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and core values.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource or relevant majors;
2. Over six years’ experience in human resource management,practical experience in training and management in manufacturing-oriented enterprises，and deep understanding of training and corporate culture;
3. Systematically master professional approaches and tools of training and corporate culture construction,and be able to apply according to the facts;
4. Work hard,be good at thinking,have a strong sense of responsibility towards work,and be fond of culture publicity；
5. Have good professional qualities,be able to withstand pressure and challenges,be outgoing,amicable and appealing.
